A private room (in a flat) for a student

Hey there, first, I am not here for doing business. I have a room (with bed, desk, chair, closet, study lamp, internet, heating) which I never use it. So, I might be able to help someone (preferably, a student) get some accommodation for some time. I am an engineer and doing my postdoctoral project here. So, I would preferably like to have a knowledgeable flatmate from other fields to learn from (say, Psychology and Social Sciences). The rent is reduced to 1000 for a very good, hard-working student (I mean, a newcomer student, btw). Somebody somewhere some time did the same favour to me, and I would love to give back.
