In a private 2-storage terrace-house, a fully furnished room, incl. TV and broadband, is available for a non-smoking female student. The room is for one person only. It is about 14 m2. There is access to a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and front garden. The owner of the house lives downstairs, and upstairs there are three rooms, rented out to international students. The house is situated in Tyresö, few min walk to buses, close to shopping center, lakes and national park. Few km to the Baltic sea and the archipelago. Busses run frequently to and from Stockholm: 18n min to Gullmarsplan metro station 30 min to the city. Rent per month is 3000 SEK/month. The rent includes electricity, heat, water, broadband, tv. Bed linen and towels can be provided. A deposit of 3000 SEK will be required, and a contract will be issued.
