Hey We are renting a 15 sqm furnished room with a 90cm bed, a table and a wardrobe. The room is in a two story very luminous and spacious 130sqm attached townhouse backyard directly facing the forest. We share the main bathroom upstairs and the toilet downstairs, the laundry room in the basement and the kitchen. We have main room, you rent one and another empty own garden toward the forest and grill area. Tyresö, well connected to town 300m to bus station and 20 mins bus to Gullmarsplan. To be shared with 2 international friends both fluent in english and swedish. We are working and so are you. You can move in from 2018/03/05 soonest. 3 to 6 months contract to start, with possibility to extend. 6000 SEK/month, to be paid beggining of each month 1 month in advance, 1 month deposit, keys upon signing contract and 1 months notice for both sides Wed like that you have a stable income.
