The room is in a two story 130sqm attached townhouse 2 bathrooms, a shared laundry room and a shared kitchen. We have main room, you rent one and another empty own garden and grill area. Tyresö, close to centrum, well connected to town, 20 mins bus to Gullmarsplan. To be shared with international couple both fluent in english and swedish. We are working and so are you. You can move in from 2018/03/05 soonest. 6 months contract possibility another 6 months. 6000 SEK/month, to be paid beggining of each month 1 month in advance, 1 month deposit, keys upon signing contract and 2 months notice for both sides Wed like that you have a stable income.
