Room in large apartment

We are swedish, but will write in english for international visitors. Room for rent in large four bedroom apartment of 117 m2. The room is 10 m2 with furniture included: bed, closet, desk, office chair, TV. Its on the second floor with a nice view. Included in the rent is electricity, Wifi, access to bathroom, two toilets, living room, balcony, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a good location, 50 meters to Ica supermarket, 100 meters to bus station, 800 meters to Tyresö Center. Travel time to Stockholm City 40 minutes, Stockholm University and KTH 55 minutes. You will share the apartment with me, my wife and a young woman who rents a room with us. We have rented to many people before, mostly students, both swedish and international.
