My family and I are renting out our tastefully modern, recently updated home in a quiet highly sought-after centrally located family neighborhood. A 5 minute walk to golf course and less than 10 min walk to bus transportation with direct access to Stockholm city, local centrum, and all other bus routes. Recently fully repainted interior and fully furnished. Master bedroom includes a Tempurpedic king sized master bed w/dual remote controlled head and foot elevation, built in closet (doors will be attached) and a HD TV. Second room has a single bed and also an office space. Third room ha s crib (if needed) and dresser space. Downstairs includes dining table with chairs, couch, and flat screen wall mounted HDTV in living room. Deck furnishing front and rear with water view from front and large, spacious rear to include cast iron BBQ and back yard fully closed storage for bikes etc. Fully closed 1 car garage and in community play ground. Nice walking paths and bike paths in the area. Electricity and home insurance are not included in rent. Approx. cost for electricity is 3000/month average (more in winter time). Available dates: 1 Aug - 1 May (flexible) during our visit to family abroad Smaller furniture can be removed if not needed. Ad can be answered in Swedish and English. Sincerely, Emelie
