We are Swedish but will write this in English for international students. Room available in large four bedroom apartment, 117 square meters. The room is about 12 square meters and furniture includes bed, two closets, office desk and chair, desk lamp and TV. Included in the rent is electricity, internet, and access to bathroom, two toilets, living room, balcony, laundry room and kitchen. The room is in a rather private part of the apartment. The apartment is in Tyresö, south of Stockholm, 50 meters from ICA grocery store, 100 meters from buses to Gullmarsplan (25 minute bus ride to Gullmarsplan) and 800 meters from Tyresö Centrum. Travel times are 40 minutes to Stockholm central station, 55 minutes to Tekniska högskolan and Stockholm university. You will share the apartment with me and my wife. The room is available from April 1. We only want one person to live in the room and will require a deposit of 1500 when signing contract.
