Beautiful villa in lovely Tjörn with private sauna, large terrace and fire pit. This newly renovated house has three bedrooms in the main house, two double beds and one single, as well as an annex guest cabin. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently renovated. It has a large living room with an open kitchen and indoor fireplace. The villa is surrounded by nature, and outside it has a patio as well as a large terrace. The outdoor fire pit is cosy all year around The house is close to the Säbyleden hiking trail that runs along Tjörns scenic coast. A short walk to the Saluhall, five minutes driving to a supermarket, and ten to Skärhamn or some of beautiful Tjörns beaches. Energy comes from solar panels and a heat pump, and the villa is well isolated so very electricity efficient. The house will be rented out furnished so that you can move in at short notice. Wifi available via fiber. We are renting it out because of a work posting abroad which does not allow us to live there at the moment.
