Charming small property for longterm rent. The house is in a small quiet neighbourhood (6 houses total, not all lived in year round) in the midst of nature. River access and hiking paths right outside the door, pets are welcome. Big garden with terrasse and hottub, the furniture can be removed if not needed. Im from Schweiz and speak/understand little swedish, but have friends that can help with translations if necessary. The rent is SEK 8700.-/month, I do not wish to use the service from blocket, so the service fee can be disregarded. Water/chimney maintenace/sewage costs/waist disposal are included in the rent, electricity/internet is not. Looking forward to meeting you
