Room in a Villa with separate entrance available in Taby, Ensta, commuting distance to KTH, HHS and Sthlm University. We have a room available with kitchen and WC/shower, separate entrance, in a nice house with garden in Taby, a suburb to Stockholm. We would like to rent it out to a student or Phd (non-smoking, no pet). The room is available as from 1st of February. The house is close to all kinds of facilities, such as a large and modern shopping center, swimming hall, jogging tracks in forest, library etc. It is very accessible by train to both Stockholm University and, KTH, Stockholm City (direct travel time about 15 minutes) We are renting it partly furnished for 4000 SEK/month (all including electricity, water, broadband).
