We have one room available ( 1 person only) for student to rent from September 12. The room is fully furnished, about 10 Square metres, has its own bathroom and two wardrobes. The area is Gribbylund, with public transportation and convenience store nearby. Included in the rent is: - Access to kitchen - Access to internet - Electricity We are a family with two small kids and two cats, so you need to be OK with that, even thou the room is quite separate so they will not disturb. The rent is 3500 SEK/month paid monthly in advance, no deposit. No smoking nor drinking allowed. If you are interested to rent, send me an email. We can show the room on week nights and weekends only.
