Timmergränd 7, Viggbyholm

Hi, we are subletting one room in our shared house until a new tenant arrives. Ideally, we are looking for someone that wants to stay the whole month, but shorter is also possible . The house is close to Viggbyholm train station (5 minutes by bike/10 walking) in the northeast of Stockholm, with good commuting options to e.g. Stockholm University or Tekniska Högskolan (20 minutes) or the city centre (30 minutes). We live in a nice, green and calm residential area very close to the ocean and a lake. Busses run all night, so you always get home. Within 10-15 minutes walking, there are groceries stores, the easiest however is to hop off and on the train at Täby Centrum (two stops before Viggbyholm), as this large shopping mall has everything from groceries, clothes and doctors. The room has a bed, a desk and an in-built wardrobe, and all facilities outside of the room, such as kitchen, 2 bathrooms or garden (with cherry tree :)) are shared. You will be sharing the house with 5 others (26-31 years), including myself. While we all work during the day, we do like to spend time together, such as going ice skating or barbecues.
