Täby centrum

i am renting out a luxurious room, next to täby centrum, which is located 12 minutes away from stockholm university and 15 minutes away from kth / stockholm östra station with the local train roslagsbanan (östra is considered the inner city/city or östermalm to be exact). a total of 3 people live in the apartment, open-minded students from kth or su, and myself. i like to see that you are open-minded and like to have a nice time around you and make sure that it is just clean and tidy where you have been. the apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and you have your own full-height fridge in the kitchen. you and one other person share the toilet. we have a common cash register for: spices, oils, paper and cleaning. cleaning according to a schedule that we agree on. the kitchen is fully equipped and you get lunch boxes that you can leave the apartment. furniture, bed linen and towels are included if you want, i.e. hotel standard (but you have to wash and clean yourself). i am used to renting out / living like this and we of course sign a contract. before we decide anything, i want you to come and look at the room and that we can talk a little and get a picture of what we are like as people. otherwise, we all three live our own lives as we wish, of course. if you are interested, write and tell us about it and a little about who you are and your plans, and i will send more pictures and more info via email. access august 15 or by agreement. welcome
