I offer immediatly a room with furniture in an a 3 room apartment along Roslagsbanan, in Nasby Park Centrum, passing Universities and college of technology KTH. In the apartment is a male PhD student occupying one room. Kitchen, sitting room, hall are shared spaces. I require a comprehensive description of your person and a certificate of your study in order to answer and show the room only the 3rd,4th and 5th of august and meet with the present PhD tenant. If OK we make a 1 year contract that can be extended. Everything is included in the rent except internet. Rent is 4000SEK/month. As I am travelling I have no pics.
