The Apartment Nice and cosy, spacious three room apartment of 86 square meters situated on the top floor (third floor) of a 60s apartment complex. A hallway leads you into a large lounge space with big windows and evening sun. The room continues into a dining area/library and loops into the kitchen and back into the hallway. Go the other way from entrance hallway, and youll find one guest toilet, one bathroom, two bedrooms and a balcony. Apartment is furnished. The small room has one single bed with an extra bed underneath which can be pulled out. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, large mirror closet, morning sun, blackout curtains, and a balcony. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and there is a small guest toilet. The kitchen has a small dishwasher and a microwave. The apartment complex has a bookable community laundry room, and a bike room. There is a storage room in basement which can be arranged to rent. The Area and Surroundings Apartment faces a quiet courtyard from the living room side. On the bedroom side, it faces Åkerbyparken with playground and a rose garden. Close to school, fritids, and preschools. Quiet and family friendly area and neighbours. Lovely courtyards with bbq options. Apartment is as close to green areas, forest and parks as to Täby Centrum shopping centre with all the services and shopping you might need and want. Parking The apartment comes with a parking space. There is guest parking outside on the street, max three hours at a time. Communications About 7 minutes walk each direction to Roslagsbanans stations Galoppfältet and Täby Centrum. The train takes about 18 minutes to Stockholm Östra (T- Tekniska Högskolan). Train to Arninge station takes about 10 minutes, from where you can hop on buses to Waxholm, Norrtälje etc. By Täby Centrum you find a bussterminal with busses to the Tunnelbanan stop Mörby centrum or Danderyds sjukhus. Why we are renting out our home Me and my family have been living here for years. We are spending the next year abroad and want to find the right people to rent to, who can look after and feel at home in the apartment while we are away. Any tenancy is subject to approval by the housing co-op association.
