Hi, My partner and I have a two room apartment in Sundbyberg (Brotorp) on 57 sqm that we would like to rent out. The rental period can start from April/ May (flexible), depending on the need of the tenant. We prefer to rent out the apartment long term. The apartment is built 2015 and is in great condition. Washing machine and dishwasher are installed and the apartment can be rented furnished or semi-furnished. The apartment is located just a couple of hundred meters from a nature reserve with a beautiful forest and with lighted running tracks. It is a four minute bus ride to either Ulriksdals train station or Hallonbergen subway, or a 15 minute walk to both. The rent is 14,000 SEK/month.
