Im Swedish, but Im writing in English so everyone understands :-) My awesome roomie will move out in the middle/end of March, so Ive got a room for rent from April 1st, maybe earlier. Ive got a nice apartment in Rissne, 15 minutes to t-centralen with the subway (Blue line to Hjulsta). There are busses right outside the door (Busstop Rissne/Artillerivägen/Rissneleden). A short walk from grocery stores (Hemköp, Willys, Coop), pizza, McDonalds, Circle K, Apoteket and smaller stores. Two bedrooms The room for rent is furnished with a ceiling mounted bed, a sofa-bed, three closets, a desk and a TV at the moment. All the furniture, except the bed, can be removed if you got your own stuff. There is a big window facing the backyard. The other room is mine. Living room Fully furnished and a smart TV, DVD with surround sound, Xbox one and PS3. Kitchen Fully equipped with all the stuff you need, including a dishwasher. Bathroom Bath tub/shower, combined washer and dryer. Backyard Got a small backyard which I share with my neighbor, who happens to be my best friend. Weve put up fence and a gate around it. In the summer we put out some furniture, got a grill, and we even have a simple pool that we use. 4500kr/month That includes everything like insurance, wifi and all that other stuff except for your own food. Cleaning supplies, toilet paper and those things we take turns buying. Cleaning Im pretty tidy and hate it when things are all over the place. Vacuuming and that kind of cleaning Im not as tough with. As long as the place is nice Im happy. We simply take turns cleaning the shared areas when it needs to be cleaned. But we always put away our own things and are responsible for our own rooms. Guests Friends and family are always welcome As long as we respect each other and we are responsible for the people we invite. Me Im a 30 year old girl (woman...) that works as a towtruckdriver. I work shifts, so both day and night. Im pretty easy to be around. Happy, social and with stuff going on all the time. Im more of a night person. But I always try to be quiet if youre sleeping. (And I hope you do the same. But you dont have to tip-toe around the place.) In the free time I sometimes do my friends nails and hair, spend time in my garage fixing with my cars or motorcycle. Or Im relaxing at home watching a movie. Pets Ive got a pitbull, a sphynx and two aquariums. I also own two small chihuahuas, but they live with my parents. The dog and cat are both very social and loves people. If you got your own pets thats fine. As long as it works out with my pets. I would appreciate it if you dont bring in a cat since Nyx is better off as an only cat, and a couple of friends and my mom are allergic. I will be pretty picky with finding the right person to share my home with. It doesnt matter what age, sex or what your favorite color is, as long as our chemistry works.
