We have a room available in our shared accommodation Room 1: On the third floor 11 sqm Move-in March 15th (negotiable) You have the option to have a double-sized bed at no extra cost. The room is in a newly built big villa of 3 floors with a small backyard (3 bathrooms).The rent is 6000 kr/month (1 month deposit) including water, heating, broadband. Electricity is added later and shared amongst everyone. We are located in Rissne (20 minutes to T-centralen). The house has everything you need with completely furnished kitchen oven, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Bathroom with washing machine, dryer and a bathtub. Furnished room with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe. The contract will directly with landlord who is super nice and available.
