It has a café, outside gym, dog park, playground, a lake with different types of birds and so on. The apartment is spacious, it has a long hall, a small walk-in closet, neat bathroom, a big kitchen, a bright living room and a huge private terrace. Comes furnished with a 160 bed, sofa, Tv, and most essentials needed for a homeowner. It is super cozy and warm. We also have a garage space in the property that might be possible to rent.
