The house was built in 2014. We are the first owner, we moved in 2017, the house is in new condition. 6-7 parking places front of the house, with 1 carport. Very quiet and nice place, close to the lake and the little beach. Quiet and nice neighbors. Good isolation, low-cost electric heat pump floor heating. Alarm system, 500/500 fast internet. Big terrace, the plot area is 800m2. 5 minutes with car from the Strängnäs shopping center, MAX, McDonalds, gas stations, and E20. 3 minutes walking to the bus stop. School bus to the Åkerskolan in Åkers Styckebruk. OBS. We have 2 black 2-years-old male cats living outside, coming in the laundry sometimes to eat and sleep. We cannot move them to the apartment in Stockholm, because they are outside hunters. The ideal tenants will have their own cats, so all the cats can enjoy the house.
