Hi , We are 3 international people from 3 different countries, living at the very heart of Stockholm and we are looking for 2 more to join our team. We are 3 guys and we have 2 rooms waiting for theirs new owner The apartment is located in Södermalm, 5-minute walk from Mariatorget, 1 minute away from Södra Station and a bus station right across the street. It is within a walking distance from T-Centralen (20-25 minutes). The neighborhood is lively, with a swimming pool nearby, parks, clubs, gyms, markets and restaurants all within walking distance, There is a cafe, Italian restaurant and a hair saloon located in the same building. We are looking for an international person, who is used to other cultures and living independently. The future flatmates must be tolerant, respectful and clean and non-smoker. The rooms ares 15sq/m each and the monthly rent is SEK4000 plus SEK 4000 of deposit (1 months rent) to be paid upon moving in. The rooms ares available from 1st January,2018.
