The apartment rents out just between 1 Mars - 1 June ( 3 days, we dont know yet the exact dates). It is located 10 minutes from metro station Gärdet. 5 minutes to the T-Centralen, 5-10 minutes to KTH/SU by metro. 10-15 minutes from KTH/SU by bike. A spacious and sunny fully furnished 56 sqm apartment in the Gärdet. A large kitchen with all utensils, oven, hob, refrigerator, boiler, microwave etc. Shower and toilette with towels. Bedroom with king 180 size bed and 3 wardrobes. Living-room with 42-Inch TV. Electricity, water, TV and Internet are included in the rent. Facilities include: Internet, 100 Mbit Wifi. Your certificate of registration of the current semester and that you has an active student union membership on My pages (sssb.se). At the start of a semester we accept letters of acceptance. You are studying (or will start studying) at an SSCO-affiliated university. Also: Max 2 persons. You should rent all the period (3 months). The deposit is 1 month rent.
