At Campus Star, we offer newly produced, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchen (16 sqm) up to spacious 2 room and kitchen apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom. Good to know: A fee of SEK 182/month is added on top of the monthly rent for a matress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent. Drop-in viewings every Wednesday at 16:30, or by appointment, in our viewing apartment (16 sqm). Meeting takes place outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. Viewings are not held on weekends. No viewing week 32. Built-in bed frame (105 200 cm) Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room. Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink. Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet. Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher can be added for an additional monthly cost. The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250). Electricity and hot water are charged based on individual consumption.
