i am renting out a full apartment on 3rd floor, 31 sqm in skarpnÄck in southern stockholm during the autumn semester. the apartment includes a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small separate bedroom with a half wall (like an alcove). no pets. bed linen and towels are included. access to laundry room on entrance level. 8 minutes walk to subway green line 17, end station skarpnÄck. 19 minutes to t-centralen, or 35 minutes to stockholm university, including line change. 15 minutes walk to bus stop, 35 minutes blue bus 172 to karolinska university hospital huddinge (campus flemingsberg), and sÖdertÖrn university. 5 minutes walk to nature reserve nackareservatet, 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes bus ride) to flaten, one of stockholms cleanest bathing lakes.
