I rent out a fully furnished room in my apartment, it is available to one full-time student. The room is, 12m and includes a refrigerator, microwave and water boiler. You have some access to the kitchen and the apartment balcony. We share the bathroom and hall. The Co-op has laundry room, sauna, a gym and more. Located in Skarpnäck, the area is quiet, close to nature and 15 minutes by train to the city. The apartment is centrally positioned, just a couple minutes walk from the supermarkets, bus stops and subway. Move in date 1st of October, 2017. Looking for a tidy, down to earth student to occupy the room during a semester, possibly longer. I will respond with in 24 hours.
