At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 16 sqm one-room apartments with a kitchen (1 room and kitchen) to spacious 50 sqm two-room apartments with a kitchen (2 rooms and kitchen). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom. Good to know: A monthly fee of SEK 385 for the dishwasher and washing machine is added to the monthly rent. This fee is already included in the advertised rent. Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. Please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. No viewings are held on weekends. No viewing is held on week 32. Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room. Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink. Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet. Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher can be added for an additional monthly fee. The rent includes heating, cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps). Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on individual consumption.
