room in the nice area of bagarmossen, south stockholm. private bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom with me and my cat. free wi-fi, water , heat and electricity. preferably a student as tenant. im letting the room for this fall semester, (available from first of june) with the possibility for an extension. close to the subway station bagarmossen. nice green areas around. a room, fully furnished with a large bed (120 cm wide), desk and chair, as well as closets and shelf space. i work a lot and have many meetings in the evenings, so i might not be around all the time (normally the cat is). i prefere an ordely non-smoker who really likes cats. if interested, please contact me, since i would like to meet and you can come and look at the apartment before we decide. or give me a call.
