Quiet and safe neighborhood very close to the forest and lakes. It is a 2-minute walk from a metro stop, supermarket, pharmacy, vårdcentral, gym. It is on the highest floor with a nice view of nature and privacy as it is at the end of the apartment building. Triple aluminum windows (very good sound insulation and thermal insulation) and security front door. The furniture was purchased in 2021 (new brand). All white appliances are in very good condition (washer-dryer, microwave ovens, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator).No pet or smoker has ever lived in the house, the same applies to the person who will rent it. The rent price includes all bills (electricity, water, internet, heating) It is available from 1st June with the first contract for 6 months initially and the option to extend for 1 more year.
