The apartment is located in Fredhäll on Kungsholmen, a lovely, green and quiet area very close to the city centre. Very close to the metro, busses, grocery stores (ICA Maxi, Hemköp and Coop), gym etc. You have the water and pretty nature right outside the door, still the metro will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes The apartment itself is a 27m2 studio, and very well planned and with big windows that will let in a lot of light. Despite being fairly small, theres a full-size kitchen and a bathroom has all you need. It comes fully furnished the bed is 120cm (folds out from the wall great way to save floor space) and the couch easily fits 3 people and has an ottoman. The kitchen is very sociable and has a bar table - perfect for hanging out while cooking And the kitchen itself is equipped with all you might need - stove (gas), fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, juicer, Nespresso machine etc. Theres even a washing machine Theres a TV, and all other necessary household electronics such as hoover and ironing board. I can definitely leave beddings and towels if that would be of any help. Theres a laundry room in the house which can be easily booked via a website or an app and recycling facilities outside the house. Theres also a guest apartment, sauna and communal area (for parties) that can be booked and used by people living in the house. The apartment is perfect for a single person and has plenty of storage, most of which is built-in and attached to the walls in smart ways. It really is well-planned for its size and I truly love it and wish to see a tenant who will look after it well for me when Im away :) About the length of the contract: Ill be away from beginning of December (move-in date can be flexible between 1st and 7th of December) and at least until end of summer 2019, potentially longer. I will only consider tenants who intend to stay the full period.
