The 62-bus stop is just a few minutes walking from the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with luxurious furniture and available from 1st November 2017 (moving in date can be flexible and discussed, but prefer 1st November) and available to occupy for at least 1 year. Extension is strongly possible and encouraged upon discussion. In the basement is a laundry room that is equipped with four washers, two dryers and a mangle. The laundry room can be booked electronically and is free of charge. There is also access to the bicycle room, sauna, carpenters workshop, recycle rooms and guest apartment. Deposition of one month is required and refundable after the tenant returns the apartment with the same conditions.
