Rent: 8500kr (including internet and electricity) The apartment is fully furnished. Time period: 6 months with 1 month notice Available: As soon as possible. Deposit: 1 month rent. You MUST BE VERY CLEAN. No smokers, the TV works only as a LCD screen so you can connect it to your laptop. Its only 9 min walk to vällingby centrum and takes only 3 min with bus that goes outside the apartment. No pets because Im allergic, no drinking/partying because it is a very quiet neighborhood and area. Please note that the oven is replaced with a new one, this photo of kitchen is old. The carpet is also brand new. PLEASE, Only contact me if you are serious and the rent is NOT negotiable. As long as the add is here the apartment is available.
