Two years ago I moved to NYC and have been renting out my apartment since. The current tenant just bought an apartment so I am looking for someone else to rent it. The apartment is 2 room 44 sqm and located in Hjorthagen It will be available starting in April and I am not coming back to Sweden any time soon so I am looking to rent it out for the long term, but the association only allows for 1 year contracts at the time so will have to extend the contract after each year. Id say that the two main perks of the apartment is that it has windows facing both south and north so it is really bright and it basically has no dead space so it feels bigger than a lot of other apartments of the same size. The downside with the apartment is that it does not have a balcony or a dishwasher(but it does have a in-unit washer/dryer combination machine). Rent is 14500 including everything(Furniture, gas, electricity, internet and TV) and I am looking to rent it out furnished.
