A newly renovated Studio apartment (2017) in Stockholm Älvsjö which is a calm area with 10 minute walk to nearest train station (Älvsjö station) and 1 minute to walk to nearest bus station. From the apartment to Stockholm Central Station it takes 20 minutes travel, door to door. (walking or bus train). Gym (24/7 fitness), restaurants and supermarkets (Willys Coop) are nearby within 10 minutes walk. The apartment has a real open space kitchen. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The apartment is fully furnished with bed, sofa sofa table, kitchen table, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen accessories, etc... There is no balcony but there is a shared patio with which is hardly never used by others. It has sunlight all day long. There is a shared laundry room which is just one stair down and its easy to book with many free times. I takes about 10 seconds to walk from the apartment to the laundry room.
