Lovely top floor apartment with amazing views. Apartment is located in the 5th floor and has lovely 8m wide balcony looking over Stockholm Rooftops. Me and my wife are moving away from this lovely apartment and its now free to next tenants. We are moving away 6.11.2017 and after that its okay to move in. The apartment owner lives in Stuttgard and we are helping her to rent this forward. The contract is for 12 month with possible continuation after. 2 months rent deposit. I will put more pictures as soon as the owner sends them to me. So you see how the apartment looks when its empty. Apartment has sofa, bed, big room for clothes, storage cage downstairs and its been renovated few years ago. Perfect for a couple.
