Perfect apartment for a couple. Large combined living room and kitchen, a nice toilet with heated floor as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Wardrobe in the bedroom and storage space by the entrance. Theres also a small storage room by the bedroom. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with multiple windows towards the street which makes the apt filled with daylight. The street is very silent as it is the last part of Tomtebogatan. Theres a dishwasher as well as a combined washing machine/drier. Theres also access to a shared washing room in the basement and a shared cycle storage room. The apartment is partly furnished, to be discussed what to include and not include. Internet and electricity is included in the rent.
