Hi Im Justin, I would like to rent out a room in the apartment, looking for a long term tenant who can communicate with English. The flat is a few minutes walk away from the metro station and a bus stop. We will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom in the flat, you will have access to your own balcony, public landry room and of course your own bedroom. There are also a few wardrobe in the corridor you can use for clothes and stuff. As for the shared kitchen, preferably you get your own kitchenware but there will be some basic stuff you can use. We do NOT have freezer, only a small fridge, so if you are moving in with your own refrigerator / freezer that would be a bonus, otherwise we can share the fridge with very limited storage. Wi-Fi and electricity are included Rent would be SEK 4500 per month, with a month worth of deposit.
