Hi, Im renting out our beloved apartment in Stockholm City, with Stockholms best view. Im heading to the north for work and therefore Im looking for somebody tidy and trustful for long term rent. By walk you have access to subway station Stockholm Station, Rådmansgatan, Hötorget, Odenplan and Rådhuset. Around the area you got a variety of cafes, supermarkets, studios and parks. A better location than this is hard to find. The rent is as low as 8500kr and all the expenses are included as electricity, heat, water, internet and TV. A require a deposit if 10 000kr. You need to have a stable economy and proof of it.
