I rent out my apartment, since I am currently working in another country. The 35m2 apartment is in Gärdet, 3min walking distance from the metro station. It has a separated bedroom with a 1.40 bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of storage with a walking closet, a 3doors wardrobe in the living room and storage under the bed. It has also a nice balcony, a shared laundry room in the building and a garden with barbecue which is bookable for small gatherings.
