Hi I am looking for a calm and responsible person (couples may be okej as well) for my owned apartment (bostadsrätt) for at least three months with possible prolongation. The apartment is a bright and nice corner apartment with balcony facing south on the fourth floor a few minutes from Aspudden center. With the subway it only takes 3-12 minutes to Södermalm, Old Town and City Center. One subway station away is Liljeholmen which is a hub for a lot of bus lines and the tram line that also in a few minutes takes you to commuter train station. Nearby you find supermarkets, pharmacy, library, laundry service, yoga studio and many nice cafes and restaurants. A few minutes walk takes you to the lovely nature in the park Vinterviken and the waters of Mälaren. The flat is rented out with furniture and the rent include water, heat, electricity (normal use) and wifi. You need to have your own home insurance for your own things. The laundry machines, dryer and heat cupboard are in the basement, where you also find the bicycle room.
