Collective Sunshine in Stockholm has been around since 2010 and we now have several rooms free Rent is 4000 SEK/month including electricity, internet, heating, water etc. The house is located in Spånga and is about 10 km away from the central station on super nice bicycle roads by the water (or you can take the blue metro-line, the green metro-line or the commuter train... there are lots of public transport options here). We have one room free already from now, and two more becoming gradually free up until 1st of July and 1st of September, so feel free to apply We prefer international candidates to keep the house an international environment, but everyone is welcome to apply Our perfect new housemate (you dont have to be all of these to get the room): tNon smoker tVegetarian/Vegan (although there are meat eaters in the house too, but even those usually eat very little meat at home) tAlcohol free (well, you CAN drink alcohol if you really want to just not at home, we want our house to be a safe space so to speak) tYou are probably between 25-50 years old. (We want you to have some experience living away from your parents before you come here...) Oh, and we are definitely looking for social people. There are a lot of board games, hugging (for those who want), hanging out, movie evenings and cooking going on at home. Nobody wants to be social all the time, but we do enjoy hanging out with each other and hope you feel the same.
