Studio apartment in central stockholm

I am renting out a fully furnished studio apartment in central Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad, for the month of June with the possibility to prolong the stay over the summer. The rent is 8500 SEK per month, which includes water, electricity, and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is access to laundry facilities within the building. The area is safe, with transport communications of buses, tram and a ferry to go to Södermalm. The landlord will ask for a deposit of 5000 SEK which will be repaid upon check out.
