Hey Im now renting out my cozy 2 room apartment in Årsta. The contract will start on 6 months but might be possible to extend. Im asking for no smokers and no pets, and not more than 2 people living together. Please respect this. The apartment is located on the top floor (3) and have a balcony and living room facing directly south which has sunlight all year around. Separate bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub. Apartment will come mostly furnished but you will have to bring a bed. It will include sofa, table with chairs, 4K TV, desk, gas stove, coffee maker, water boiler, kitchenware and more. You will also have access to a simple but good gym in the basement Super good communications with the tram just 1 min outside the door that will take you to Gullmarsplan and Liljeholmen in no time, and just 1 stop (or 8 min walk) to the commuter train in Årstaberg that will bring you to Central Station in just 7 mins. Very close to the beautiful Årsta forest and water - ideal for walks, runs and swims. Other points of interest close by: A Coop crocery store 5 mins away, a pizzeria just 1 min away, recycling just 1 min away. Rent is 10.500 SEK including everything: Wifi, electricity/heat, gas, water. You will also have access to a simple but OK gym in the basement. Deposit is a monthly rent that will be paid back when you move out and everything is cleaned and checked. Period of notice is 2 months.
