A modern, architect house in the city of Stockholm built in 2005. The house is overlooking the lake Mälaren with a sea-view from basically all rooms in the house. The house is 240 sqm split into: modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 open living rooms and library, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pent-house. The house is 10 meters from the water and you can easily take a swim in the morning. We have a large lawn, a playhouse for children and our own jetty. It takes 10 minutes by car, 20 with public transportation or 5 minutes by boat to get to Stockholm downtown. The house is in a calm and friendly residential area. It is next to a small park and very close to the French international school.
