Hej, I want to rent out a room in my 65kvm apartment in Husby/Kista. It is newly renovated and 5 min walk from Husby Centrum and Tunnelbana. Buss stops are all nearby. A very nice and peaceful area, electricity, heating, water and internet are included. The room is not furnished but there is bed available if one is interested. Room is available for one female tenant with good financial background. I need to see employment certificate. A contract is also needed to sign.
