The house is a short walk from Spånga train station, which is 3 stops from the Stockholm Central Station. The Tensta metro station is also only a short walk away. The house is clean, fresh and well-maintained. It has a large modern kitchen with ample storage, well equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. There are two toilets, each with its own shower, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryers. There is a large deck in the front yard where one can relax and enjoy the outdoor. Each room is furnished with as bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The monthly rent includes heating, water, electricity, and broadband access. We are seeking long term tenants, minimum duration 3 months. No smoking inside the house, and no pets.
