Furnished room to let in a renovated townhouse in Spånga. LOCATION The house is a short walk from Spånga train station, which is 3 stops from the Central station. You can also catch the Metro blue line with a short walk to Tensta centrum. You will find supermarkets and eateries around both Spånga station and Tensta centrum. THE HOUSE The townhouse has been renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and paints. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. There are two toilets with showers, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryers. There is a large deck in the front yard where one can relax and enjoy the outdoor. You will be sharing the house with other young people. THE ROOM The room is 16 sq.m in size and available from 31st Jan for 5200 kr per calendar month. The room is furnished with a 120 cm bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, drawers and a sofa The monthly rent includes heating, water, electricity, and broadband WiFi. We require one months rent as security deposit. The deposit will be refunded when you move out. OTHER CONDITIONS We are seeking long term tenants, minimum duration 6 months. Terms may be extended. To terminate the rental contract early, two months notice is required. No smoking inside the house, and no pets.
