We have an 11 sq.m. room to let in a newly-renovated townhouse in Spånga. The room is available from Jan 3, 2018. LOCATION The house is 15 minutes walk from Spånga train station, where you can catch a commuter train to Centralstation in 14 minutes. You can also walk to Tensta centrum in 16 minutes. From there, you can take the Metro blue line to town in 20 minutes. THE HOUSE The townhouse has been completed renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and paints. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. There are two toilets with showers, and a laundry with one washing machine and two dryers. The house has a front- and backyard. In the frontyard is a large deck area where one can relax and enjoy the outdoor. You will be sharing the house with 5 other young people. Each person has a reserved shelf in the freezer, and ample storage space in the kitchen. THE ROOM The room is 11 sq. m in size and furnished with a 120-cm bed with top mattress, a desk and chair, drawers and wardrobe. THE RENT AND OTHER CONDITIONS The rent is 4500 kr per calendar month, payable one month in advance. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and broadband with WiFi. We require one months rent as security deposit. The deposit will be refunded when you move out. No smoking inside the house, and no pets.
