Södermalm flat- short term rental

Hi We are renting out our 90m2 flat on södermalm, Stockholm from the end of January until the end of March. Our basic rent is 13400:- , internet is about 300:- and the electricity is about 600:- so we feel like 13700:- is a fair price but are of course negotiable with the price if the timing fits well Also if you are only one person. If you need to move in sooner we could rent one of the bedrooms until we depart. The flat has a dish washer, washing machine and a bath tub. The building has a Sauna, fully equipped private Gym, study room/ library, party room and a laundry room, all of which you can book and use for free. Its located on Södermalm-Sofia, right by the water. There are l ferries to the city and across the water to go into Nacka Nature Reserve, lots of nice bars and restaurants etc. If you are interested please get it touch
