Share amazing apt in town with australian guy

Hi, Im an Australian guy working as a P.E. teacher/idrotts lärare in Stockholm for the last five years. Im living in a great apartment just 1 minute walk from Stadion metro but unfortunately my housemate needs to move out so Im looking for someone new. The apartment is 85 sqm, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an amazing 30 sqm private terrace. Your share of the rent per month would be 10,000 kr a month - it is quite expensive but definitely worth it for this apartment. Im a pretty easy going guy and have shared apartments with both males and females before and have always got along really well with everyone. The move in date would be the start of July/August.
