Its in a wonderful and quiet area: next to the beautiful sportsfält Gärdet, and going into the city takes only 5-10 minutes with the bus. Supermarkets (Snabbgross, ICA) and restaurants (Funkalistic, UMI, Niji Sushi, and coffee shops) are very close, a SATS gym is across the street and an outdoor swimming pool and outdoor gym are also just around the corner. Bus stop right in front of the door (1 and 72 76 also very close). Gärdet T-Bana is a 10-minute walk. Broadband is included. Deposit and references are required. Pictures will be provided.
